Messages Ops

This is for reading texts, DMs, and retrieving one-time codes without mixing them up with email work. It's evidence-first, meaning you specify the exact source (iMessage, X DMs, whatever), read the thread, and report what you actually checked instead of guessing. The workflow forces you to resolve the surface and sender before doing anything, which matters when you're hunting for an MFA code or need to prove which thread you inspected before replying. It integrates with other ECC skills when a message thread should feed into outbound work or knowledge capture. Useful when the difference between "I checked your messages" and "I checked iMessage, found nothing from Stripe in the last hour" actually matters.
