This is the skill you run before you start deleting cron jobs or rewriting hooks. It builds an evidence-backed inventory of what automation is actually live, broken, overlapping, or missing across your ECC workspace: repo hooks, GitHub Actions, MCP servers, connectors, wrappers, all of it. Every item gets classified by live state and backed by a proof path, then sorted into keep, merge, cut, or fix next. The whole point is collapsing noisy automation into one canonical lane without breaking the stuff that's quietly working. It's read-only by default and refuses to guess when the real state is ambiguous. If you've inherited a repo with three ways to do the same thing and you're not sure which one is actually running, start here.
