Summary
Pulls together your workflow data from the last week, month, or all time and gives you a readable retrospective: session rating trends with a sparkline, recurring mistake patterns from your task backend, and learnings grouped by topic from your memory files. It's read only and dumps everything to the conversation, so you can review it during standups or end of sprint without touching any files. The format is tight and scannable. Honest take: this is only useful if you're already disciplined about logging sessions in signals.md and capturing learnings in markdown files. If your memory directory is empty, you'll just get a bunch of "no data yet" messages.
