Drops a GROOVE.md file at your project root that explains the groove workflow to new contributors. It reads your actual config from .groove/index.md and substitutes live values for task backend, git strategy, and paths so people see what's actually running, not generic placeholders. If you already have a CONTRIBUTING.md, it appends a groove section with a link. The template covers the compound loop, daily commands, and where logs live. Useful when onboarding teammates to a groove-enabled repo or when you've customized settings enough that the default docs don't match your setup anymore. Saves you from writing the same setup doc by hand.
