This is your morning startup routine as code. It reviews the last few business days from your daily memory files, flags what's missing or incomplete, shows recent git activity, and creates today's log from a template. Then it pulls in your task list and checks for open promises and unresolved mistakes before letting you start. The whole point is to give you situational awareness before you dive in. It's opinionated about structure (expects a .groove directory, specific file paths, and won't let incomplete days go unnoticed), but if you're already tracking work in daily markdown files, this automates the tedious part of catching up each morning. Also runs custom hooks if you define them.
