Groove Admin Cursor Hooks

This installs a set of deterministic Cursor lifecycle hooks that run outside the model context. You get automatic context re-priming after every session start and compaction, a work-hours reminder to run your daily end routine, git commit buffering for memory logs, write protection on groove-managed paths, and hourly version checks. It writes shell scripts to .groove/hooks/cursor/ and registers them in .cursor/hooks.json without clobbering your existing hooks. The hooks are mostly helpful if you're already running groove for session workflow management, otherwise the managed-path blocking and git buffering won't mean much to you.
