Job Post Builder

Builds the full hiring packet in one go: job post, structured interview guide with scoring rubric, and offer letter template. You describe the role and it researches comparable postings, checks your Drive for existing templates, then writes all three documents as Word files. The interview guide is organized by stage (phone screen, hiring manager, peer, etc.) with question sets matched to what each round should assess. If you want, it'll open DocuSign in Chrome and set up the offer letter envelope, but it stops at draft and waits for you to review before sending. Covers the workflow most small teams do by hand across a dozen tabs and files. Won't post the job or screen candidates, just produces the documents.
