Automates the monthly close for small businesses by reconciling QuickBooks against PayPal, Square, or Stripe settlements, then surfacing everything that needs attention: uncategorized transactions, missing receipts over $25, likely duplicates, and settlement mismatches. It walks you through an eight-step checklist with approval gates so nothing gets skipped, then exports a spreadsheet and a one-page PDF with a plain-English P&L narrative. The workflow is methodical, maybe overly so if your books are already tight, but it catches the stuff that usually only surfaces when your accountant sends a list of questions three weeks later. Falls back to CSV imports if connectors are missing.
