Close Month

Runs your full month-end close: pulls QuickBooks transactions and payment processor settlements (Stripe, PayPal, Square), reconciles them with a ±2 day match window, then surfaces unmatched deposits, QB entries with no processor record, and variance lines. Flags uncategorized transactions, likely duplicates, and missing receipts over $75. After you triage, it writes a plain-English P&L narrative that infers the why from transaction patterns and vendor names, then exports an Excel workbook and PDF summary to Drive, OneDrive, or your desktop. It won't auto-fix anything, which is the right call. Useful if you're closing books monthly and tired of manually cross-checking three dashboards, or if your accountant keeps asking why the Stripe total doesn't match QB.
