It pulls AR/AP from QuickBooks, PayPal, or Stripe, builds a 30/60/90 day forecast with confidence bands, then ranks overdue invoices by amount times days late and drafts payment reminders matched to customer history. The approval gates are smart: you get a forecast summary first, decide if you even need to chase, then approve each reminder before it goes out. Useful when you're running tight and need to see which late invoices actually move the needle. The two-step handoff keeps you in control without making you rebuild the analysis manually.
