Obsidian Wiki Ingest

Automates the full pipeline for ingesting documents into an Obsidian vault with deduplication, frontmatter management, and cross-linking. Triggers when you say "ingest to wiki" in the obsidian-wiki project context, then decides whether to append, do a full ingest, or raw copy based on what changed. It updates manifests, refreshes the QMD search index if configured, and handles the tedious parts of keeping a knowledge base consistent. Honestly most useful if you're already running a structured Obsidian workflow with multiple source directories and need reproducible imports rather than manual copy-paste. The QMD integration is a nice touch for keeping embeddings fresh after vault writes.
