Design Audit

This is a structured UI/UX audit tool that walks through your app screen by screen and produces a phased design improvement plan without touching functionality. It reads your design system, PRD, and guidelines first, then evaluates everything from visual hierarchy and spacing to empty states and accessibility. The output is broken into three phases (critical, refinement, polish) with implementation notes specific enough for another agent to execute. It waits for approval before changing anything and explicitly avoids feature work or logic changes. Good for when an app works but feels unpolished or inconsistent, and you want systematic visual improvements rather than one-off tweaks.
