This is an audit-first redesign workflow that prioritizes not breaking anything. It walks you through scanning the codebase, diagnosing design problems with a banned defaults checklist, picking a design system that fits, then applying changes in a specific order: tokens, typography, spacing, components, motion. The guardrails are strict: working features stay working, brand colors must pass contrast, accessibility stays intact, and critically, it enforces single-theme consistency across all pages so you don't end up with a Frankenstein app where different routes have different palettes. Includes validation scripts for contrast checking and hardcoded value linting. Use it when someone says "make this look better" and you need to ship polish without regressions.
