This is the first step in Cognite's Flows app certification pipeline. It acts as an interactive coach that walks you through defining your app's purpose, target user, and value proposition before you write any code. You run it right after scaffolding a new Flows app, and it produces a structured App-Brief.md at your repo root by asking focused questions about who will use the app, what problem it solves, and how success will be measured. The coaching rubric is strict: vague answers like "for operators" get challenged until you describe an actual person doing actual work. If you already have a spec.md from the spec-kit flow, it pre-scans that and lets you confirm drafts instead of typing from scratch, which makes the whole thing much faster.
