Meta territory here: a skill that writes skills. This walks you through the full lifecycle of creating Claude Code or Cursor skills, from that initial "I want a skill for X" conversation through drafting, writing test cases, running evals, and iterating on results. It includes guidance on progressive disclosure (keeping skills under 500 lines), crafting descriptions that actually trigger when they should, and organizing bundled resources. Notably tuned to adjust technical jargon based on user comfort level, which matters since apparently plumbers are now opening terminals to use Claude. If you're building skills at any scale or want to understand the skill creation process itself, this is the scaffold.
