Migrate App To Flows

This orchestrates the full migration from legacy Dune app hosting to the new Flows infrastructure. It audits your current setup, fixes the old deployment key format if needed, adds the appsApi infra flag, delegates all auth wiring to setup-flows-auth, generates or updates manifest.json with network permissions scraped from your source, and swaps deploy scripts to @cognite/cli. The manifest step is the real value here since it scans for fetch and axios calls to populate the CSP automatically. Use it whenever you're moving an existing app off the old infrastructure. It's thorough and opinionated, which means less decision fatigue during what's usually a tedious process.
