Pm Skill Creator

This is a conversational wizard that walks you through designing a new PM skill from scratch. You bring raw content (workshop notes, a framework, a half-formed idea) and it asks up to five adaptive questions to figure out what type of skill you're building (component, interactive, or workflow), what sections you need, and how to structure it. Then it generates a complete SKILL.md draft with frontmatter and all required sections. It's built on top of the workshop-facilitation protocol and knows the repo's validation rules, so you get something that's actually compliant instead of needing three rounds of rework. Use this when you know what problem you want to solve but not how to shape it into the repo's structure.
