Ponytail Help

A quick-reference card for the ponytail lazy-coding system, covering its three enforcement levels (lite, full, ultra), six skills (review, audit, debt tracking, gain metrics), and configuration options. This is purely informational, it doesn't activate anything or change modes, just dumps the command syntax and what each piece does. Useful if you've installed ponytail and forget whether it's /ponytail-review or @ponytail-review (depends on your host), or you want to remember the difference between full and ultra. The source includes environment variable setup and auto-update instructions. Keep it bookmarked if you're running ponytail across sessions and need the trigger words handy.
