It breaks complex tasks into subtasks, delegates to the right specialists (web design expert, research analyst, team builder, etc.), manages their handoffs, and synthesizes everything into a cohesive result. The interesting bit is it can invoke skill-coach on the fly to create new skills when it hits a capability gap, so it's genuinely adaptive rather than just working with what exists. Best for multi-step workflows where different expertise needs to talk to each other. Overkill for anything a single specialist could handle alone.
