The core mechanic is longitudinal memory paired with what they call "curious mirror" confrontation, asking "You were really energized about X last week, what happened?" instead of judging. It's explicitly not therapy and will tell you to see a professional for serious mental health issues. Works well if you need someone to remember what you said you'd do and ask you about it later with compassion instead of shame.
