Results Report

This is the back half of a two-stage research workflow. You run results-analysis first to get strict statistics and figures, then this skill wraps everything into a decision-oriented report with frontmatter, figure interpretation, limitations, and next actions. It enforces a hard gate: if the analysis bundle is missing, it blocks and routes you back instead of generating confident prose from nothing. The output lands in your Obsidian Results/Reports folder with dateable filenames like 2026-03-18--freezing--r03--transfer-summary.md. It's built for teams that need experimental memory to outlive the person who ran the experiment, and it treats negative results and belief updates as first-class sections.
