Skill Improver

Applies improvement plans generated by skill-quality-reviewer to automatically fix issues in your Claude Skills. You point it at an improvement-plan file, and it parses the suggested changes, groups them by file, handles conflicts, backs up originals, then executes the updates using Edit and Write tools. Works in a tight loop with the quality reviewer: run review, get a plan with prioritized fixes, apply them, run review again to verify the score improved. The workflow is solid, with proper backup handling and conflict resolution. Honest take: this automates the tedious part of acting on quality feedback, though you'll want to review the update report before committing changes.
