The skill includes a decision flowchart, priority rules (user instructions always win over skill defaults), and platform-specific tool mappings for Claude Code, Copilot CLI, Hermes, and Gemini. It also has a "red lines" table of rationalizations to watch out for, like "this is too simple for a skill" or "let me just quickly check the files first."
