Adaptyv

Teaches Claude how to interact with Adaptyv Bio's cloud lab API for turning protein sequences into experimental data. You submit amino acid sequences via Python SDK or REST calls, and their automated lab runs binding assays (BLI/SPR), thermostability screens, expression tests, or fluorescence measurements, delivering results in about three weeks. The skill covers the full lifecycle from browsing self-service targets and cost estimation through experiment submission and results retrieval. Useful if you're doing computational protein design and need wet lab validation without building your own infrastructure. The SDK is still beta and installed from GitHub, not PyPI, so expect some rough edges around setup.
