Connects Claude to LabArchives' REST API for programmatic electronic lab notebook management. Handles the full workflow: authenticate, pull user IDs, backup notebooks (with or without attachments as 7z archives), create entries, upload files, and generate institutional usage reports. Ships with Python scripts for common operations and supports integrations with Protocols.io, Jupyter, and REDCap. The authentication is a bit involved since you need both API keys from your admin and user credentials, but once configured it's solid for automating research documentation. Best for labs that need to back up notebooks regularly or pipe experimental data directly into LabArchives without clicking through the web interface.
