Opentrons Integration

If you're automating liquid handling on Opentrons Flex or OT-2 robots, this gives you the official Protocol API v2 bindings. You get the full pipetting toolkit: transfers, distributes, consolidates, plus hardware module control for temperature, magnetic separation, heater-shaker, and thermocycler operations. The documentation here covers the standard protocol structure, deck layout, well addressing, and flow rate control. It's the right choice when you're writing production protocols for actual Opentrons hardware. If you need multi-vendor support or want to abstract across different liquid handlers, look at pylabrobot instead, but for pure Opentrons work this is the canonical approach.
