User Persona

This turns raw research data into proper user personas following Alan Cooper's behavioral pattern approach. Feed it interview transcripts, survey results, or analytics and it identifies behavioral clusters, then generates 2-4 personas with demographics, goals, frustrations, scenarios, and design implications. It automatically prioritizes which persona to design for first and flags research gaps. The output follows UX best practices with day-in-the-life narratives and actionable takeaways rather than shallow demographic profiles. Useful when you're sitting on a pile of user research and need to synthesize it into something your team can actually design against.
