Opportunity Solution Tree

Builds an Opportunity Solution Tree following Teresa Torres' framework to keep you from jumping straight to features. You feed it a desired outcome (like "increase 7-day retention to 40%") and customer research, and it walks you through mapping opportunities, generating multiple solutions per opportunity, and designing experiments to validate them. The workflow enforces the Product Trio approach and uses Opportunity Score for prioritization. Honest take: this is most useful when you're drowning in feature requests and need structure to actually talk to customers and test assumptions before building. It won't magically give you product sense, but it will stop you from building the first thing someone asked for.
