The workflow enforces the Product Trio approach and uses Opportunity Score for prioritization. Honest take: this is most useful when you're drowning in feature requests and need structure to actually talk to customers and test assumptions before building. It won't magically give you product sense, but it will stop you from building the first thing someone asked for.
