User Personas

Takes your research data (surveys, interviews, CSVs) and turns it into three distinct user personas with jobs-to-be-done, pain points, gains, and one counterintuitive insight per persona. It reads files directly and grounds everything in your actual data rather than making assumptions. The structure is practical: you get demographics, motivations, product fit assessment, and data gaps flagged. Best when you have real research sitting around and need to synthesize it into something your team can actually use for product decisions.
