Brainstorm Okrs

This generates three distinct OKR sets for your team by combining qualitative objectives with three measurable key results each. You'd use it when planning quarterly goals, aligning team work with company strategy, or learning the OKR framework itself. What I like here is the domain context section, which clearly explains how OKRs, KPIs, and North Star Metrics interconnect rather than treating them as alternatives. It pushes you toward outcome metrics instead of output counting, and the three options are meant to have equal weight to spark actual strategic discussion. The skill follows Christina Wodtke's framework from Radical Focus and saves output as markdown when substantial.
