Stakeholder Map

This builds a power/interest grid for stakeholder management and generates a communication plan for each quadrant. You feed it a project or initiative (plus any org charts or briefs you have), and it identifies stakeholders, plots them by how much power and interest they have, then recommends communication frequency, channels, and messaging for each group. It also flags potential conflicts between stakeholders with competing interests. Honestly most useful when you're launching something cross-functional or inheriting a project where the political landscape isn't obvious yet. Saves you from accidentally ignoring someone with veto power or over-communicating with people who just want monthly summaries.
