Measure Dashboard Requirements

product-on-purpose/pm-skills
559 installs520 stars
Summary

This generates structured dashboard requirements so you can actually get the analytics you need from your data team instead of going back and forth five times. It walks you through defining purpose (what questions you're answering, not just "make charts"), specifying metrics with clear definitions and formulas, picking visualization types, and documenting data sources and access requirements. The quality checklist is solid, especially the reminder to frame everything around decisions rather than vanity metrics. Good for product managers who need to translate "I want to see how users engage" into something an analytics engineer can build without guessing.

team-communications

alirezarezvani/claude-skills

Write internal company communications — 3P updates (Progress/Plans/Problems), company-wide newsletters, FAQ roundups, incident reports, leadership updates, status reports, project updates, and general internal comms. Use this skill any time the user asks to draft, edit, or format something meant for internal audiences. Trigger on keywords like "3P", "weekly update", "newsletter", "FAQ", "internal comms", "status report", "company update", "team update", "incident report", or any request to summarize work for leadership, teammates, or the broader company. Even casual requests like "write my update" or "summarize what my team did this week" should trigger this skill.

appbuilder-project-init

adobe/skills

Initialize an Adobe App Builder project end-to-end and prepare the machine to build one. Creates the Console project and workspace, subscribes APIs (including those needing a product profile), maps intent to the right template, runs non-interactive `aio app init`, and guides post-init customization. Use whenever the user mentions creating an App Builder app, scaffolding a project, `aio app init`, an Experience Cloud extension, adding actions or web assets, or creating a Console project/workspace — even without saying "App Builder". Also for SPA templates, AEM extensions, API Mesh, Asset Compute workers, and MCP servers. Also covers first-time machine/CLI setup (Node 20, aio CLI install, `aio login`, IMS org, stage vs prod) and debugging setup/init failures — `ERR_REQUIRE_ESM`, empty `aio console org list`, `451 accept developer terms`, template not found, init hangs, or Node/npm and post-init build errors.

dimillian/skills

Build, refactor, or review macOS menubar apps that use Tuist and SwiftUI. Use when creating or maintaining LSUIElement menubar utilities, defining Tuist targets/manifests, implementing model-client-store-view architecture, adding script-based launch flows, or validating reliable local build/run behavior without Xcode-first workflows.

check-pr

greptileai/skills

Checks a GitHub, GitLab, or Perforce (p4) pull request (or merge request, or shelved changelist) for unresolved review comments, failing status checks, and incomplete PR descriptions. Waits for pending checks to complete, categorizes issues as actionable or informational, and optionally fixes and resolves them. Use when the user wants to check a PR/MR/CL, address review feedback, or prepare a change for submission.

scheduler

jshchnz/claude-code-scheduler

Schedules Claude Code tasks to run automatically at specific times using native OS schedulers (launchd on macOS, crontab on Linux, Task Scheduler on Windows). Handles one-time tasks like "today at 3pm remind me to deploy", "tomorrow morning run the test suite", "next Tuesday at 2pm review the API changes", "January 15th check the quarterly metrics". Also handles recurring tasks like "every weekday at 9am review yesterday's code", "daily at 6pm summarize what I accomplished", "every Monday at 10am check for security vulnerabilities", "every 4 hours check API health". Recognizes time formats like "at 9am", "at 1015am", "at 10:30pm", "at noon", relative times like "tomorrow", "tonight", "later", "next week", and dates like "January 15th". Use this skill instead of executing immediately whenever the user's request contains a time expression like "at Xam", "tomorrow", or any future time reference.
