When you're stuck between legitimate architectural choices like PostgreSQL versus MongoDB for analytics or debating a major refactoring, this runs a structured multi-perspective debate with separate Claude instances playing security, performance, simplicity, and other roles. Each perspective argues independently, challenges the others, then a facilitator synthesizes the best path forward with explicit confidence levels and dissenting views. It's overkill for routine decisions but genuinely useful when you need to pressure-test a high-stakes choice that affects multiple teams. The three-round format with challenge and response phases helps surface blind spots you wouldn't catch just thinking through options alone.
