It takes a bottom-up approach, starting with code-level analysis of every directory, then synthesizing upward through components and containers to system context. The workflow coordinates four specialized agents (Code, Component, Container, Context) and outputs everything to a C4-Documentation directory. It's useful when you need to document an existing system's architecture or onboard new team members, though the workflow appears incomplete in the source. The approach follows the official C4 model but generates all four levels even though context and container diagrams are typically sufficient for most teams. Expect this to take time on large codebases since it processes every subdirectory individually.
