Internal Comms Anthropic

This handles the common internal communication formats you'd expect at a tech company: 3P updates (Progress, Plans, Problems), newsletters, FAQ responses, status reports, and incident communications. It works by loading specific guideline files for each format type and following their conventions for tone and structure. The approach is pretty straightforward, though it assumes you're working in an environment similar to Anthropic's communication style. If you're constantly writing the same types of updates or trying to maintain consistency across team communications, this gives you templates and guardrails. Just know that it's opinionated about format, so if your org has very different communication norms, you'll be fighting against the guidelines.
