This generates monthly progress reports for GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) clients by comparing two audit snapshots and calculating deltas across categories, platforms, and AI crawler access. It's built for agencies that need to show retention-critical proof of value: "here's exactly what improved since you hired us." The workflow finds baseline and current audit files, parses scores, calculates point gains, tracks action item completion, and outputs a formatted markdown report with executive summary, score breakdowns, crawler status changes, and next month priorities. Use it when running monthly check-ins or when clients ask "what progress have we made." The report template is thorough, maybe overly so, but that's the point for client-facing deliverables where detail equals credibility.
