A lightweight CRM built specifically for GEO agencies to track prospects from initial contact through closed deals. You get a five-stage pipeline (Lead, Qualified, Proposal, Won, Lost) with audit history, timestamped notes, and revenue forecasting. Everything lives in a single JSON file at ~/.geo-prospects/prospects.json, so it's portable and easy to back up. The pipeline command gives you a clean terminal summary of committed MRR versus potential deals. It's opinionated about the sales stages but flexible enough to bolt onto existing GEO workflows. Good fit if you're running a small agency and spreadsheets feel like overkill but a full CRM feels like way too much.
