This is an automatic learning system that watches your Claude Code sessions and extracts reusable patterns as "instincts" with confidence scores. Version 2.1 adds project scoping so React habits stay in your React repo and Python conventions stay in your Python projects, with automatic promotion to global scope when a pattern shows up across multiple codebases. It uses PreToolUse and PostToolUse hooks to capture everything reliably, runs a background Haiku agent to spot patterns, and lets you evolve clustered instincts into full skills or commands. The project detection works via git remote URLs so the same repo gets the same instinct library across machines. If you work across multiple projects with different conventions, this prevents the cross contamination that plagued v2.0.
