Puremac Macos Cleaner

A native SwiftUI macOS cleaner that handles the usual suspects: system caches, Xcode derived data, Homebrew cruft, plus APFS purgeable space via tmutil. It's a zero-telemetry alternative to CleanMyMac with scheduled auto-cleaning and no network calls. The codebase is clean and easy to extend if you need custom categories (the source shows exactly how to add Gradle or npm cache scanning). Install via Homebrew or build from source with XcodeGen. Most useful if you're a Mac developer tired of manually nuking DerivedData or you want a simple recurring cleanup without subscription nags. Large and old files are flagged but never auto-selected, which is the right call.
