This is a code review skill with an attitude. It approaches whatever you throw at it (diffs, specs, docs, stories) assuming there are problems to find, and it's required to surface at least ten issues or areas for improvement. The cynical reviewer persona keeps the tone professional but skeptical, focusing on what's missing as much as what's broken. It's useful when you want a harder look at something than you'd give yourself, or when you need to stress test a draft before it goes out. The forced minimum finding count means it won't let you off easy, which cuts both ways depending on whether your content actually needs that level of scrutiny.
