Clinical Decision Support

Generates publication-ready clinical decision support documents for pharmaceutical research and drug development. You get two main outputs: patient cohort analyses with biomarker stratification and statistical comparisons (hazard ratios, survival curves, waterfall plots), and treatment recommendation reports with GRADE evidence grading and decision algorithms. Everything comes out as LaTeX/PDF optimized for regulatory submissions and clinical guidelines. The skill mandates including AI-generated schematics for decision flowcharts and patient flow diagrams. This is explicitly not for individual patient care at bedside, that's what the treatment-plans skill handles. Use this when you need group-level evidence synthesis for trials, medical affairs, or guideline development.
