Healthcare Cdss Patterns

This is a pure function library for building clinical decision support systems with zero tolerance for false negatives. It covers drug interaction checking (with bidirectional pairs and allergy cross-reactivity), dose validation adjusted for weight, age, and renal function, and clinical scoring like NEWS2. The architecture is deliberate: CDSS functions take clinical data as input and return alerts with no side effects, making everything unit testable. Critical alerts block the UI with non-dismissable modals and require documented override reasons in the audit trail. Contributed by Dr. Keyur Patel from Health1 Super Speciality Hospitals, so the patterns reflect real EMR integration concerns. Use this when patient safety checks need to be provably correct, not just nice to have.
