Generates CodeTour JSON files that anchor walkthroughs to real line numbers and file paths in your repo. You'd use this when "explain how this works" needs to be repeatable for the next person, like onboarding tours, PR review paths, or RCA walkthroughs. The SMIG framework (Situation, Mechanism, Implication, Gotcha) keeps descriptions tight and grounded. One honest gotcha: the ref field matters more than it looks. Point a PR tour at the base branch and every new file fails to open, even though the tour itself renders fine. Worth it when you need a reusable narrative instead of one-off Slack paragraphs.
