Opc Dashboard Review

This is a periodic health check for solo operators running their own business. It walks you through lightweight metrics and bottleneck analysis to figure out what's actually stuck, whether that's demand validation, conversion flow, or weak asset reuse. The flow asks one focused question at a time, then presents three bottleneck hypotheses plus a "my own take" option before you commit. It deliberately avoids being a work journal or effort log. The output gets timestamped and written to `opc-doc/outputs/09-dashboard-review/` so you can track patterns over multiple review cycles. Use it when something feels off in your operation or metrics dip, not right after initial setup when you have no data yet.
