It reads from your existing niche and value prop work in opc-doc/, asks focused questions about problems, pricing, channels, and revenue streams, then gives you three concrete options for each decision point plus room for your own ideas. The useful bit is the boundary enforcement: it stops you from jumping into MVP features or content calendars before the business model actually makes sense. Everything gets written to opc-doc/outputs/04-business-model/ only after you confirm, and it flags high-risk assumptions for later validation. It's structured for the broader OPC framework but the question-by-question approach beats staring at an empty canvas.
