Opc Orchestrator

This is a workflow orchestrator for the "one-person company" methodology, built specifically for Chinese-speaking solopreneurs. It coordinates nine different phases from resource inventory through niche positioning to business model validation, enforcing strict boundaries so you don't jump into writing marketing copy when you should still be validating your value proposition. The interaction model is deliberately collaborative: it reads from an opc-doc directory to resume context across sessions, asks one question at a time, offers three options plus "I have my own idea" for key decisions, and refuses to make strategic choices on your behalf. If you're methodically building a solo business and want structured guidance without someone doing your thinking for you, this keeps the process on rails.
