This walks you through building a value proposition canvas for a specific customer segment using the jobs-pains-gains framework. It reads your existing niche positioning files from `opc-doc/`, asks one question at a time, then generates three different value proposition angles (efficiency, outcome, risk reduction) with tradeoffs for each. The skill stays strictly at the framework level and actively blocks you from jumping into ad copy, pricing, or content creation. Once you confirm your choice, it writes the canvas, segment mapping, and messaging to disk before letting you move to business model design. Good boundary enforcement if you tend to skip ahead to execution before nailing down why someone would actually buy from you.
