This generates a six-part value proposition using Jobs-to-be-Done framing: Who, Why, What Before, How, What After, and Alternatives. It's explicitly designed as an alternative to Strategyzer's Value Proposition Canvas, starting with the customer instead of your product and forcing you to name what people use today and why you're better. You get a ready-to-use value prop statement at the end, not just a canvas full of sticky notes. The template works best when you're articulating why customers should switch to you or when you need clarity fast. If you need detailed pain/gain decomposition for a complex product, stick with Strategyzer. Otherwise this is faster and more actionable.
