Game Facilitator

This is a proper game master framework for running narrative RPGs with Claude, built on improv principles and scene/sequel structure. It cycles through modes for running scenes (goal/conflict/disaster), portraying NPCs with distinct voices, describing the world, and generating content on the fly. The core philosophy is solid: play to find out what happens rather than executing a predetermined plot, fail forward instead of blocking the story, and treat players as co-authors. If you've ever run a TTRPG session that felt railroaded or had NPCs who all sounded the same, this gives you concrete structures to avoid that. Works for solo play or facilitating group sessions where you need consistent world logic and meaningful consequences.
