Reads your existing deployment plan, runs the pre-deploy checklist including RBAC health checks for Container Apps, then executes azd up or azd deploy with built-in error recovery. Won't let you skip the validation step, which prevents most deployment failures. Includes post-deploy steps like SQL managed identity setup and EF migrations. The live role verification at the end catches permission issues that would otherwise bite you later. Straightforward if you follow the prepare-validate-deploy workflow, but it's strict about prerequisites for good reason.
